SAGC CLIENT CHARTER
 

1. Investigation Papers (together with recommendation from client department to charge/compound/NFA) to be perused within Twenty (20) working days from the date of receipt.

2. Drafting of legislation to be completed within Forty (40) working days after client department has resolved all relevant policy, legal and financial issues.

3. Provide legal advice within Thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of complete documents and information from client department subject to complexity of the matter.

4. Vet and draft instruments and documents including agreements and memorandum of understanding within Thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of complete documents from client department subject to complexity of the matter.

5. To obtain directions and to conduct civil proceedings instituted by or against Government of Sarawak by ensuring that preliminary actions are carried out not more than 10 weeks from the date such directions are obtained.
